Direct Debit

Monthly Subscription: Membership fees are payable monthly in advance by
direct debit, in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Missed Classes: Monthly subscriptions secure your membership and place in
the club. Classes missed for any reason cannot be carried over, transferred or
refunded.
Code of Conduct: All members, parents and carers must read, understand and
abide by Focus Judo Club’s Code of Conduct at all times.
Payment Responsibility: The member or responsible parent/carer must ensure
sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment.
Agreement: By entering into this direct debit agreement, you confirm that you
have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
