MON/KYU GRADES

FRIDAY 8:00pm – 9:00pm

Our youth/adult judo classes aim to learn and improve techniques with a focus on contests, including the correct application of shime waza (strangles/chokes), kansetsu waza (arm locks), and sutemi waza (sacrifice techniques). Of course, the fun element is still there, and it’s a great place to socialise with like-minded people.

November 2025. Fridays 7^th, 14^th, 21^st and 28^th.
Four sessions in total.

COMPETITION CLASS

TUESDAY 5:45pm – 6:45pm

November 2025. Tuesdays 4^th, 11^th, 18^th and 25^th.
